This is a lot of approximately 38 gloss finish clear plastic photo album sheets in a single 8.5x11 layout as shown by 20th Century Plastics
The part number appears to be RB-3
While unused.  These sheets have been rattling about my house for years and could be considered vintage.  Some are a bit wrinkled but all are functional
