CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
My goal is to sell unusual plants to people who enjoy growing them. I expect you will be satisfied with your purchase upon receipt and for years afterward.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your plants within 30 days of receipt, please send me a message so I can make things right by refund or some other agreement
. Going directly to the negative or “neutral” feedback option first eliminates options for resolving an issue amicably. Buyers who “open a case” to resolve a simple issue such as item condition or late arrival without contacting me first will be blocked.
FEEDBACK.
Your eBay feedback is greatly appreciated and lets me know your plants have arrived safely and that you are satisfied. I can then complete the transaction by leaving feedback as a seller.

ABOUT MY PLANTS
. The items offered by dylansbulbs are artificially propagated plants that I have grown from seed, cuttings or division. They are established, resilient and strong.
Plants are shipped bare root with few exceptions
. This reduces weight and risk of damage in shipping and allows the new owner to establish the plant in a soil mix that is familiar to him.
Plant value
. Plants offered by dylansbulbs are outstanding because they are rare and of high quality, and because most are offered with provenance or locality information. A notation such as "Originally from South Africa: near Steinkopf" appears with most items. Items on the Antiques Roadshow are highlighted in a similar way, where the importance of a signature or mark helps to verify the history and value of an object. With plants, this information is more challenging to obtain and keep. This data is a sort of authentication that can help the grower learn about cultivation requirements and makes plants more valuable for general interest, conservation, research, trading and verifying names. For me these considerations bring greater depth and appeal to collecting, and I hope they will for you also.
