Gorgeous gift! Handmade. Ready to ship! For yourself or anyone; anyone that sews a lot or even just a little. It's a beautiful sewing tool that works!

Embellished with a gold metal and red rhinestones adornment. Be sure to "click" on the Seam Ripper + Gift Box option when your purchase your seam ripper.
I created this seam ripper by combining a new, large size, seam ripper blade with the handle of a vintage silver-plated tableware. It is shiny and brilliant; unique because of the natural usage marks of the vintage piece.
It is 5 5/8" long and 7/8" wide at the base.
The handle is early century. Hollow handle; lightweight. Silver plated. Weighs an ounce. The handle fits comfortably in your palm.
Hard epoxy resin holds the blade securely in the handle. The epoxy is covered with a bit of silver paint and lacquer aesthetics.
I am not a silverware expert, but I've done some research and this is what I've found about this unique handle:
Made by Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co.; the pattern is "Chevalier 1895." Circa 1895. A little difficult to discern exact manufacture date; definitely twentieth century.
