STUNNING VINTAGE CROWN SNARE DRUM 5.5" x 14" ORANGE SPARKLE WRAP WITH CHROME HARDWARE - NICE !
This vintage rare Crown Snare Drum is in really decent shape. Made in the 1960's I do believe. Sounds surprisingly nice with a fat, open, dry, unmistakably vintage sound to it.
From my research it looks like Crown drums were made by Star Hoshino out of Japan then later that company was split into Tama and Pearl back in the 60s.
Everything works as it should as she was just serviced. However she's missing the damper control adjustment knob. Lightly used Crown top head in good condition. Brand new Remo Ambassador snare side head.
Orange sparkle wrap coloring is even all the way around. No fading. Sounds fantastic !!!
