Close ratio and wide ratio gear sets, shift fork, shift rod, servo clamp springs and arm, two 3x6mm screws, one 3x10mm screw, mini servo, idler gear two 6x12mm bearings, two 5x11mm bearings, spacer and instruction sheet

1st Gear (close ratio): Spur/Pinion x 8.43=Final Drive Ratio
1st Gear (wide ratio): Spur/Pinion x 14.45=Final Drive Ratio
2nd Gear: Spur/Pinion x 5.22=Final Drive Ratio (same as single speed)
