Vintage '20's - 30's Ludwig 13"x8" mahogany shell & maple hoops snare drum

VINTAGE LUDWIG 13"X8" MAHOGANY / MAPLE SNARE DRUM & ORIGINAL LUDWIG 3A HICKORY STICKS.
In extremely good overall condition for age & presents visually very well.
This condition is exactly how I acquired the drum some years ago & it has always been safely stored on my studio shelf, in a
consistently moderate climate-controlled & smoke - free environment
.
Original exterior label features the distributors brand logo :
'Sieberling - Lucas Music Co. Portland'
(OR).
Was located in downtown Portland & in business between early 1900's to late 1930's.
Includes original 'Ludwig & Ludwig' hickory 3A sticks, believed to be original calf skin heads, snare throw-off / tension & 'wires' & cotton - 'duck' neck / shoulder strap with attachment clips.
No shell / hoop cracks, splits or missing parts & all tension rods still appear straight with nickel surface still reasonably 'bright'.
Some to-be-expected tiny surface dings / marks on shell from honest use & shoulder strap has some age - spotting.
This was an item designed to be used & hit with sticks regularly by unruly youth!
Bottom calf skin head has tiny split along an edge (see photo).
Very presentable example of early Ludwig product drum history suitable for architectural, retail, studio or exhibition type display.
