Vintage Ludwig 6.5x14 Pioneer Snare drum - White Laquer - Pre-serial keystone

Vintage Ludwig Pioneer snare drum. 6 lugs. 6.5" x 14". White Laquer finish.
COB hoops and lugs. Early p83 snare throw and butte plate. Red felt BB-Bat internal tone control. Pre-serial number keystone badge. All hardware works as designed.
Shell in very good condition. Some minor paint chips and blemishes (see photos) no major scratches, gouges or engraving on the shell. Internal date stamp is visible but not legible. It looks like it says 1961 but not sure - you decide.
The snare side hoop has 'mols Board of Education' engraved on it (see picture)
The heads on both sides are used but have playing life left. Newer 12 wire snares are in good condition.
Sale includes a 6.5" x 14" 'Kaces' drum bag.
